Ammonite appoints Matt Roper as Director

We are incredibly proud and delighted to share that Matt is stepping into the role of Director. His impact on our evolution as a business and success cannot be overstated. 

Those who have worked with Ammonite will know that Matt has been our Technical Manager and ran Ammonite Technical Services for several years now. Himself and Rob will now work in alignment across all arms of the business.

Matt has an unrivalled technical knowledge built up across an incredible CV featuring some of the biggest shows and events of the last many years. He was the West End Chief Electrician on iconic productions such as Spamalot, Priscilla The Queen of the Desert and Ghost The Musical and he enjoyed a many years freelance career as a Production Electrician both in international touring and in London. Matt's ability to work across complex staging, automation and lighting gained him senior roles on smash hit shows such as Les Miserables and Mary Poppins both in the West End and worldwide.
