Matt Veitch
Matt works across the full portfolio of projects with specific focus on new business initiatives.
Together with Rob Casey he leads on the development of creative responses and the design and authoring of large-scale production pitches, marketing campaigns and external communications.
Matt trained at Mountview gaining a BA (Hons) in Technical Theatre and subsequently a PGCert in Theatre and Performance from Rose Bruford College.
Matt worked as a touring lighting designer for 15 years producing designs for the West-end, throughout the UK and Europe. In 2012 he began a dual career as an educator designing novel production training across Drama Schools, Universities and Conservatoire in the UK and globally. During this time he was Head of Lighting and Sound at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, Head of Production Studies and Director of Arts (International) at University of Surrey and Associate Dean at the Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts. He returned to practice as a consultant and began work at Ammonite full-time at the end of 2023.
